By following these three steps to troubleshoot, 90% of problems can be quickly resolved!   Firstly, check the power supply situation and use a multimeter to measure whether the three-phase voltage is normal (380V ± 10%). Pay special attention to whether there is a phase loss problem. If any abnormal voltage is found, immediately contact an electrician to repair the circuit.   Next, check the status of the overload protector. If a trip is found, try resetting it first. However, if frequent trips occur, it may be due to problems with the motor winding or bearings, and further inspection is needed.   Finally, try restarting the PLC control system by holding down the power button for at least 5 seconds for a hard restart. If the control panel still does not respond, it may be due to a motherboard or program malfunction.   It is recommended to gradually troubleshoot in the order of "power supply protector PLC", as most startup issues can be resolved on their own.
