If the voltage fluctuation exceeds ± 10%, a voltage regulator should be installed, and special attention should be paid to whether the circuit joints are oxidized. Next, perform a hard restart of the PLC system: first turn off the main power, wait for 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. At the same time, press and hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds. Finally, check all signal line connections, with a focus on checking if the display screen cable is loose, and use electronic cleaner to address the oxidation issue at the contact points.
