Is there an abnormal display on the control panel of the nitrogen generator? The three-step quick troubleshooting method helps you easily solve it!
Firstly, use a multimeter to measure the 24V control power supply. If the voltage fluctuation exceeds ± 10%, a voltage regulator should be installed, and special attention should be paid to whether the circuit joints are oxidized.
Next, perform a hard restart of the PLC system: first turn off the main power, wait for 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. At the same time, press and hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds.
Finally, check all signal line connections, with a focus on checking if the display screen cable is loose, and use electronic cleaner to address the oxidation issue at the contact points. If it still cannot be resolved, it may be a motherboard malfunction. It is recommended to contact a professional for repair.
Daily suggestion: Clean the control panel with a dry cloth every month to avoid dust accumulation and poor contact. We provide original control component replacement services to ensure the stable operation of your equipment!
